Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) is a medical condition in which the median nerve is compressed at the wrist, leading to paresthesias, numbness and muscle weakness in the hand. This video demonstrates a set of effective stretches and exercises you can do that will greatly relieve carpal tunnel syndrome and tendinitis. I watched this video and started doing the stretches.
